Official Rules & Disclosures

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to everyone who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Shiner Law Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on January 1, 2026, and ends on February 1, 2026, at the close of the South Florida Fair. All entries must be received during this period to be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, complete the online entry form with your name, phone number, and email address. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Prizes

  • Grand Prize: $1,000
  • Second Prize: $500
  • Third Prize: $250

Prizes will be awarded as stated. There will be a total of three winners, one Grand Prize winner, one second place winner, and one third place winner. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. One prize per person.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random after the fair closes on February 1, 2026. Winners will be notified within 24–48 hours via the contact information provided in their entry form. Once notified, winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. After 48 hours a new winner will be selected.

Winners will be contacted directly and announced publicly on Shiner Law Group’s social media channels after eligibility is confirmed.

General Conditions

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Shiner Law Group, which are final and binding. Shiner Law Group reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.
