About Lynda S. Brennan

Lynda Sorel Brennan is a dedicated personal injury attorney who has spent more than two decades advocating for individuals and families throughout Florida. Known for her compassion, determination, and relentless pursuit of justice, Lynda has built her career helping injured victims navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Raised in Pétion-Ville, Haiti, Lynda moved to the United States at the age of 18 to fulfill her dream of becoming an attorney. Lynda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, she was selected as a member of the University of Florida Trial Team, where she strengthened her courtroom advocacy skills that continue to define her practice.

Before joining Shiner Law Group, Lynda handled all aspects of civil litigation, including automobile accidents, premises liability, negligent security, dog bite injuries, catastrophic injury claims, and wrongful death matters through strategic preparation, negotiation, and litigation. Lynda has obtained favorable results for her clients while ensuring they feel supported, informed and empowered throughout the legal process.

Fluent in French and Haitian Creole, Lynda is especially proud of her ability to assist members of the Haitian community and other diverse populations who may otherwise feel overwhelmed by the legal system. Her background allows her to connect with clients on a personal level while helping them pursue the compensation and justice they deserve.

Lynda has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2003 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, and South Palm Beach County Bar Association.

Outside the courtroom, Lynda enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, exercising, and enjoying nature. Her life experiences, cultural background, and commitment to helping others continue to inspire her tireless advocacy for injury victims throughout Florida.
