Brandon S. Billmaier, Esq.

During his time in law school, Mr. Billmaier was a Judicial Intern to Honorable Judge Stacy Cook in Common Pleas Court, where he gained invaluable insight into the inner workings of the judiciary. In addition, he competed on the Mock Trial Team, worked in the Prosecutors Office, and displayed his commitment to public service as part of the Public Service Externship program. In addition to his work in the courtroom, Mr. Billmaier also gained experience while in law school as an In-House Counsel Intern for a local Fortune 500 Company.

Upon graduation, Mr. Billmaier gained extensive experience working as In-House counsel for an Insurance Carrier and at then at a NLJ 500 defense firm. Currently, Mr. Billmaier is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, South Palm Beach County Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, and Florida Justice Association, demonstrating his commitment to the professional excellence. He is licensed to practice law in Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Billmaier enjoys fishing and lobstering in the Florida Keys. He’s also an avid Pickleball player and dedicated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time and travelling with his family and friends.
