Eric Sachs, Esq.

Mr. Sachs began his legal career working for insurance defense law firms which gave him keen insight into the insurance company perspective and the way claims adjusters analyze and evaluate injury claims. After several years of gaining experience representing insurance companies, Mr. Sachs made the decision to make a difference by helping those that needed help the most. He began representing injured victims and their families who had suffered significant injuries due to the negligence of others. From this point forward, Mr. Sachs dedicated his legal career to representing those who were physically injured, often permanently, through no fault of their own.

Since 2009, Mr. Sachs has successfully represented thousands of injured victims throughout the State of Florida, recovering millions of dollars on their behalf. This includes cases involving automobile, motorcycle, and trucking accidents, wrongful death, products liability, negligent security and premises liability. His goal is to not only secure a great result, but also develop the trust of his clients and he has multiple 5-star testimonials as a result.

He is driven by empowering his clients and fighting against large corporations and insurance companies who regularly take advantage of those who may not know their legal rights. His practice is dedicated to guiding his clients through the legal process and the road to recovery, understanding the physical, emotional, and financial hardships that can result after an accident. Mr. Sachs gets great satisfaction by knowing that he helps injured accident victims during the most vulnerable and difficult times of their lives.

When not working hard for the injured, Mr. Sachs can be found spending time with his wife and two grown children along with their twin dachshund mix rescue dogs. During his free time, he enjoys long fitness walks, traveling, reading and exploring South Florida’s great restaurants and beaches.
